Project Management Online course is designed to provide students with the basic knowledge to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control the project till its completion, participating as a project manager or as a member of the project team.
The students are taught to integrate their regular practices along with strategic approaches which will provide a base for working with other crucial internal and external agents/factors, whereby creating a greater chance of success and approvals. The students will learn to :
- Apply project management principles by increasing the chance of success by systematization of the processes and prioritisation of the tasks.
- Practice project management principles and tools to effectively manage projects across different industries and organisations.
- Organise project teams and allocate clear roles and responsibilities.
